What is the safest way to clean my marble bathroom
l have a marble tiled bathroom (floors, walls, tub surround, shower stall)
but it is more by default than by choice.I am pretty sure it is natural
(how would l tell if it is not?).l squeegee the shower stall every day,
but what will be the safest way to clean the water marks from the harder
to reach areas?Also, what can l use to mop my floors, and will that be
safe for the granite floor in my kitchen?
spray everywhere with a solution of 50%white vinegar and 50%
water into a spray bottle and literally spray the whole bathroom with
this.Leave for a while if things are dirty .The solution is safe ,non
toxic and will leave marble shiny and grease free and can be used anywhere
in the home.
Test in a small, not easily visible area if it is real marble.
Real marble is metamorphic lime. Anything that would solve lime will
damage it.
Mechanical polishing is the only safe way to clean marble in a bath room.
Mr Clean Magic Eraser. I had years and years of caked on soap
scum and it the Magis Eraser and a little elbow grease and it came off.
I know it was years and years because the lady that lived in this house
before I did said the tub was like that when she moved in. The man that
lived here before the previous lady also said the marks were there when he
moved in. I live in a small town and is seams everyone has lived in this house and never tried to clean the tub.
